Secours Populaire Français - Haiti
In April 2012, a delegation for French non-profit organization Secours Populaire Français attended the re-opening of two primary schools in Les Palmes and Delatte (rural areas of Petit Goave) that were devastated by the 2010 Haiti earthquake. Secours Populaire Français teamed with local partners Concert-Action and Inter Aide to help rebuild the schools and support two local health facilities in response to the cholera outbreak that followed the earthquake. -
Secours Populaire Français - Journée des oubliés des vacances
Each summer, French non-profit organization Secours Populaire Français provides trips and activities for children who might otherwise never have the opportunity to go on holiday. This year, 5000 children from age 6 to 12 spent a day on the large beach of Cabourg, swimming in the ocean and playing under the glorious Normandy sun. (August 2011)
